A typical custom home build in the South Atlanta area takes between 8 and 14 months depending on the size, complexity, and design of the home. We keep you informed at every stage so you always know where your project stands.

Our process has four key phases: an initial consultation to understand your needs and budget, a design and planning phase to finalize floor plans and materials, the construction phase with regular updates, and a final walk-through before we hand over the keys.
Yes! In addition to new home construction, we build quality home additions. Whether you want to expand your living space, add a new bedroom, bonus room, or an entirely new wing, we bring the same craftsmanship to addition projects as we do to new builds.
